From one of the above threads ... We sold them at the "breaker" stage, which is when the star first appears on the blossom end of the tomato. A tomato at this breaker stage is already ripe on the inside and needs only a few days to ripen completely and is promoted commercially as "vine" ripe... My question is the blossom end the vine end or the other end ? Inquiring minds need to know . LOL
