My first posting here on the daylily forum.. I went to a daylily farm today and picked out daylilies. There were so many in bloom and so many too chose from. The farm was an old brick estate home. They were so organized and had everything marked, you could pick your lily as you went with a clipboard and phamplet with each priced. They even had people parking the cars. They will contact us in the fall and we will go pick them up. Anyone else ever done this? anyhow it was a beautiful day, hot and muggy but I wore my straw hat and brought water to drink. Now I will have to decide exactly where to plant them. Do I make a daylily bed or mix them with my other perennials? I have until September to decide.
