I was trimming my cardinal climber today and noticed some of the dead stems had a strange mold like substance...not mealy bugs...but small spores standing straight up all around the stem. The only thing I notice about the plant is that the leaves aren't as shiny...sort of dull in appearance like they should be brittle, but aren't. Any suggestions? Thanks!
