Look like something vegatable lettuce?

Spicewood, TX(Zone 8b)

Is that a huge chard plant?!

Looks like a species of Rhubarb - Rheum. There are quite a few large plants in the genus.

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

It looks like a Bright Lights Swiss Chard that's overwintered and is getting ready to bloom.

Hanover, PA(Zone 6a)
