It grows between the other weed growth and the tiny blue flowers are striking. It closes by the afternoon. I'm so tempted to bring it home. This one grows in our office campus and I'v directly scanned it. What is this plant called?

it could be Speedwell or one of the little Veronicas which are very low growing. I hope the latter is what I'm thinking of

It is a low growing variety, Mark. The cut plant size in the image is just about 4 inches.

I agree it does look like a Veronica species, unfortunately a full name doesn't come to mind as yet.
