Buds are just starting to open in this shade garden - love this one with the parrots and cage!
Picked up the cage a few years back at an antique shop and put birdseed in the feeder tray and water! Small birds go in it and go crazy feeding!
Oops forgot to clean up the pathway before taking pic!

I just love the spring as things start to awaken from the winters sleep...but why is it the weeds seem to be the first arrivals? LOL I have cleared only a few yards of my path so far!

Is that Kerria Japonica? I have the variegated one. It's one of my favorite shade shrubs! -Bobbi

I'm not sure, it was given to me and not specified. It blooms all summer and even have seen it in late fall with a few flowers left.
