Can anyone recognize this plant from it's leaves? It looks to me as if it will have a white flower. Things change so fast in our woods that I have to take my camera out every day ... if I miss a day or two I may miss the flowers in bloom.

    Cedar,
You may be right. If it is, it has to be the Large Flowered Trillium.
Now I've got to get a picture of it in bloom.

Looks like a trillium to me also, but mine haven't got a flower started so the plant looks a bit different.

Looks like a white trillium to me too! Seems identical to the trillium grandiflorum I purchased two years ago from a local garden center. Will post a picture as a new thread under plant ID so you can compare

    Thanks to Everyone,
I really appreciate all your help. We have owned this property for about 8 years, but just built a home and moved her in December.
I have a lot to learn and everyone here is a great source of knowledge.
