These are things that seem to just appear. I am not sure if I planted seeds for them or what Can anyone id this?

That is a Datura, an annual, that will set a spiny seedpod. All parts are poisonous, but so are alot of other plants.

Yep and if you let it go to seed, you will have tons of them come next year!! They stink too, when you brush by them.
