How tall is the plant and does it bloom all summer? I would love to add this to my collect of unusual plant, it is beautiful and so different.

The plant itself ranges from 30 to 45 centimeters tall, the flower spikes can jut out more than 60 cm. Each plant doubles or triples itself every year, so soon you have a clump. All bloom at once, only once - for me here in Tokyo it's late April. The plant will take short spells of 0 degree C. weather, but will not tolerate frost, so in Columbus you'd have to keep it inside or in a greenhouse I'm afraid.
Well worth it though if you like psychedelic color combinations!

I already love it, and thanks for the information. I must say you have some beautiful plants and I want them all, not that I am greedy or anything like that lol.

Hey Kit,

I have this plant and have shared it with many people. If you would like some, let me know, maybe we can do another trade.

SoCal thank you so much but right now I have a lot of things that popped up and I won't have the time to take care of them. I know that we can trade later when everything here is straighten out, ok.
