I know that some of you have grown heirloom tomatoes for market in a big way. What did you think about their shelf-life? Also I'm concerned about the softness that other heirloom growers have spoken about. Do they bruise easily and if so, do you pick them when they're not quite ripe for market? Thanks! :)
