I finally snapped a pic of a black fish and hope you all can see it...4 yrs ago when we built the pond DH dumped about a dozen minnows in the pond and unfortunately they have multiplied...but we would buy these 10 cents goldfish too!

All this time I have never seen this fish until I cleared my water about a month ago and it is about 6 ins long and looks very different from the minnows which I must have thought was a minnow has gold flecks in it's I am hoping it is a long lived black goldfish from 4 yrs ago!

Let me know what you think!

I have some black gold fish from them breeding. There's 3 or 4 black ones that are very hard to see because of the dark water. It may very well be a gold fish.
