This is another Commelina (Dayflower) because of the bracts the flowers are in. I'm unsure of the species, there are several native to Asia and, of course, they could be introduced! The closest I can think of is C. coelistis or C tuberosa but as I say I'm not sure that either of these are correct for this plant.
