I suppose everyone is very busy this time of the year, but would be neat to visit this forum and find something new. Should be lots of new ideas coming along. Our market on Sat had a cucumber tasting & zucchini-summer squash grilling demo. Lots of samples tasted by customers! Different vendors brought a bowl of their favorite cucumber salad, market manager passed out samples. A person was grilling zucchini & summer squash, customers also could have sample.
Worked very good for the vendors; We sold about 5 bushels of cukes and every zucchini, cousa & summer squash we brought to market. Also lots of eggplant when people were told they could be grilled just like the squash.
