I wanted to bring this to the members' attention:
The Fairmount Park Historic Preservation Trust (Philadelphia, PA) is seeking tenants for 10 of the park's historic buildings, dated back to George Washington. In return for investing in repair of these mansions and other buildings, the trust is offering a rent-free 30 year lease. These homes have acres of gardens, too. You can get more details :
