this grows to 5 feet, has reddish stems, the flowers are very small with a red hint, the flower racemes are silvery green and felt like to touch. the leaves are divided with each leaflet having 3 divisions

I hope this is enough

Artemisia vulgaris or some similar - A noxious weed here, pollen causes allergic reactions to many people..
