The plants look fine. Good size. No disease. But the tomatoes are small and tasteless. They are 'Better Boy'. I think I fertilized when I shouldn't have, and didn't fertilize when I should have. I Have learned a lot and am going to double the size of the vegetable garden next year. Maybe the extreme drought and heat conditions have something to do with it. This is what is good about gardening; planning and reasoning. Hope to start tomatoes from seed next year. Just some ramblings from a disgruntled tomato grower that has to go to the farmer's market for tomatoes.
