PJ, I just got this at the Marietta Gardeners Club plant auction. Does your stay evergreen? I'm thinking of growing it up the front of my home on pillars.
:)
Not sure - I have tried to get rid of mine after the first year I got it- it will spread underground and take over. To me it is just not that pretty and like all clematis only blooms for a short while. I would prefer Confederate Jasmine if you want a pretty evergreen vine. Mine is blooming now and smells so sweet. I had it on an arbor but it got so thick my hubby didn't like it so I moved it and rooted enough to cover a chain link fence- love it. If you want some let me know, I will be going to Marietta Sunday afternoon.
