I don't know what your first picture is but the bottom one is a night shade of some kind (solanum spp) - probably poisonous so don't eat any berries! It could be Solanum elaeagnifolium; Solanum dulcamara; Solanum carolinense or some other species. Check some of the solanum photos at this link and see what you think
