Here's another one that we could use some help to fill in the entry - genus and species names for starters.

Slc Jewel Box.
This is not a species, it is a hybrid. See http://www.canadianorchidcongress.ca/nametag.html and http://orchidweb.org/aos/orchids/orchids.aspx?sec=9 for quick discussions of orchid names.
Dear Azalea,Is there a clonal name associated with this particular plant of yours? (There are several Jewel Box clones out there in the commercial market)

Sorry - This is not my plant- I saw it on a visit to a GH in Florida at the first Fl Swap about 3 years ago. It was such a beauty, just had to snap it.

Dear Terry & Azalea,
Here is the parentage of Slc Jewel Box:
http://www.orchid.or.jp/orchid/people/hashizume/kakeizu/Slc_Jewel_Box.htm
Clarification:
Genus = Slc = Sophrolaeliocattleya [an intergeneric cross, really, between three genera]
Species = (not applicable)
Grex = Hybrid Name = Jewel Box (no quote marks)
Cultivar = Clonal name = (none known at this point, if there is one then it will be in single quotes)
Cheers,
Raymond.
