Celandine Poppy, Wood Poppy
Stylophorum diphyllum

Bright Yellow 2" flowers from early spring to mid summer. Reseeding perennial. Height only 12-18".

A local garden store told me this plant was 'invasive'. How true is that? I haven't seen any real complaints on here or elsewhere regarding it being invasive. I assume it self-seeds very well so you may need to watch out for that? My columbine self-seeds all over the place, but I like columbine so I let a lot of them grow and pull up the others if it's too much.
