Strawberry Begonia, Strawberry Geranium, Roving Sailor
Saxifraga stolonifera

Low growing groundcover, spreads by stolons, hence the name Strawberry Begonia or Geranium. Leaves stay green all year. The tiny 1/2" white blooms look like "bunny faces".
