I installed XP Home Edition on my computer and I cannot get my Kodak digital camera DC3400 to work. I have spent 2 days doing everything possible, spent 1 hour on the phone with a tech at Kodak. He couldn't figure it out either and is supposed to get back to me on Monday. XP recognizes the hardware but can't open the pictures. Says there is no connection.
