Hard to tell fron the photo, is it a very large leaved variety? Looks like Sum and Substance or it could be August Moon. August Moon has 10-11 vein pairs and leaves 9.5long by 8 wide (inches) and Sum and Substance has 14-17 vein pairs and leaves are 16 long X 14 wide. These leaves would be on a mature plant.

Calalily: This hosta doesn't get very big. In fact it is on the small size, doesn't get very much bigger than this photo.

visit Q&Z Hosta site. they sell a lot of gold leaved varieties. I think it's QandZNursery.com. also try Shady Oakes.
