I have raised okra for the first time this year and am wondering what to do with it. I know it can be fried and used in gumbo (I have recipes for those), but I was wondering if there were any other uses for it out there. Also, how do I store it? Can it be frozen? Do I need to blanch it first? Freeze it whole or cut it up? Thanks for any help. It seems like such a nifty plant! Rose
