Hybrid Tea Rose 'Double Delight'

Double delight is right at the top of my most favorite rose list. It is a very prolific bloomer with a scent that fills the yard. It is prone to blackspot here at the Fort. It doesn't seem to bother the plant, just my DH. (He is such a picky rose tender... but look at the results!)

Could you please tell me if you think this is a double delight also? If not, what common name and whatever information you know.
