There is a small market here and I love it but this week I was sad to find a dealer that was not a good example. His stand offered fresh strawberies that looked womderful so I bought a flat. When I got hope I began to prepare them for desert that night. The top layer of each basket was lovely and the nexr layer was so so. but the rest of the baskets were moldy! I drove back down with them and the scoundral had sold out and was gone. I ran into 5 other buyers who were there to complain as well. It seems it was his first time at the market but he had been at several others in the county in previous weeks never twice in the same town.

Is this an isolated ripoff man or is this a recurring problem at the markets?
