It's really interesting that all three photos of this plant in the PDB have different colouring
Yours is probably the most true to the accepted version (a lovely plant btw, it seems to have adapted from the med to Scotland very well!), mine has much more purple in it and badseeds has the variegation reversed - and has much more cream in it.

Just noticed your message. I also have a purple variegated variety. When the weather turns I will submit a photo. I have many sage plants in my garden and all thrive.
