This is in my friend Deana's rock garden. She's in Arizona at the moment, but should be back by the end of the month. I'll ask her. It would be handy info for the PDB... I could give it its own entry! She's had great success with this one. It grows at the top of her rock garden in a bed of gravel. Deana is the queen of gravel gardening!
