Buddy has this awful problem with his anal glands, and has a real knack for releasing that horrendous stink when he's piled on top of one of the other dogs -- or on Howie -- then they both need a bath.

We learned we need to bulk up his food with bran so his stools are harder. The vet wants to charge an office visit just to show us the most effective means of expressing them., so I've been doing a lot of research online about how to express the anal glands safely. I still can't seem to express them adequately; even if I get some to come out, he still seems to always have more in there. This week he's already done it several times, twice today. Yuck!

Any suggestions?
