Rough Horsetail, Scouring Rush, Winter Scouring Rush, Common Scouring Rush, Dutch Rush
Equisetum hyemale

Horsetail Rush/Dutch Rush/Bulrush. Freshly repotted and already filling it's new pot.

Are you sure this is Scirpus? The photo looks more like Equisetum. Scirpus doesn't have nodes along the stem.

I'm inclined to agree with this assessment; the commmon names of "Horsetail Rush" and "Dutch Rush" are applied more frequently to Equisetum than Scirpus. Unless there are any objections forthcoming soon, I'll move the image to E. hyemale.
