When I looked up feverfew in the plants data base I thought I had parthenium integrifolium (based on the description -- no picture). But after finding a picture, I have decided that my plant is not that but rather this tanacetum parthenium. It grows wild in my yard under live oak trees (and anywhere where the ground gets watered). It is blooming now (mid-July) and I never have planted it anywhere. I rather like it, but thought that it must be a wild flower.
It grows like a weed here and self seeds to the point of being a pest. I need to dead head it to keep it from coming up all over. I love the simple flowers and they make a great filler for cut flower arrangements.
