Our organization had end of year meeting on Tuesday. Good turnout of vendors. Board has signed lease for 2003 so no worry wether we have a place to sell next summer. I am on the marketing commitee for next year. We hope to do more with our ad dollar. Always seems like there should be more customers at the market, and that is a challenge to get them there the first time. Always hear how they never knew it exsisted and things like that. At least there are always new people to get! Any good ideas for me to use will be much appreciated. I hope this forum is used more now in the winter. We can all learn from one another.
