Got a new job, and 4 days after I started, they shipped me off to Washington for a week, and then to Southern California! I got a half a day off in So. Cal. and spent it at the Long Beach Aquarium. They have an outdoor aviary for these cuties, and you can purchase nector for them and they will stand on your head or climb on your arms. They're always in motion, though, so it took quite a few blurry pictures to get this guy! Just love their colors... nikon coolpix 5700 F5.9 at 1/125 seconds
