I think it is one of the pentas- have not seen a two toned bloom one, just the ones with different color eyes and the wonderful tall red ones that I was able to get at our Farmer's Market one year.

It looks more like a penta to me than a Lantana. Since Lantana has such a distinctive scent it should be easy to rule it out..or not.

Thanks, guys. Looks like it is a Pentas for sure, probably P. lanceolata. Can't find any multy-colored ones either.
Definitely not Lantana. Much softer and not prickly at all.
