I already ordered a case!maybe I need to get 2 and do a co-op,LOl, it came from my local Thriftway,We have a Huge hispanic population,I saw it in produce,Little bell in head ,Ding thats an Ear!I have done a lot of surfing it today,(since someone was playin in the puter room,couldn't get DG for awhile,LOL)It seems to be sme bulb.also called Cocoyam,they fry them up or boil like Taters.I paid .30 I am hoping to get a case cheaper since I took him some chili yesterday.

Okay rootdoctor, your going to have to part with some of these PLEASE. I can't live another day knowing that I won't be able to find this here local. *LOL*

Brought the guy some food, yep- that will work I'm sure you'll get them cheaper now.

Hey Doc, if you have a chance, would you get a couple extra for me? Don't mail them to me though...you know how I want them. :-) They should travel well in that truckload of rabbit pellets this spring. Thanks. Cool looking plant.

Our greenhouse only sells annuals and perennials. Nothing cool looking and everything is so small at this time of the year. You will see what I have to deal with when you get here this spring. Pretty limited.

By the way, which arm or leg are you going to want when you get here?

Are these little fairies underneath...so they do really exist and not only in fairytales...LOL.But it sure looks like that. Very impressive!

Saya,These are the slowest starting bulbs I have seen,Brugies is just now coming above the soil.

Hi everyone, Wow..They're massive! I'll have to get one! Would they survive here in Ireland? Calocassia esculenta and Allocassia macrorhizos just make it but don't grow very much in our summers! Any advise on getting them to grow?

How are they any different than Alocasia indica?
