Variegated Tropical Hibiscus 'Snow Queen'
Hibiscus rosa-sinensis

Sometimes the leaves are almost white, usually they have about this much variegation.Too much nitrogen will make them more green.

what kind of plant food do you give it and how often? I like the foliage with more white than green. Does it get a lot of flowers?

I use Bloom Booster on lots of my plants or use a low nitrogen one like 6-12-12.
