I just planted some Carolina Jessamine and the following day I found out they are poisonous. Do you know if they are harmful to animals? Also, is it true the leaves stay green year round? Any info. would be appreciated...thanks

I have had this for a couple of years and it just hasn't taken off yet. So I moved it to a brighter location. Does it need any kind of pruning? Since I moved it I was thinking of cutting it back half way or so.

I've seen mixed reviews on the toxicity. Gelsemium Sempervirens (Carolina Jessamine) is sold on the web as a homeopathic remedy, but I read elsewhere that if mistaken for honeysuckle and "suckled" the flowers can be lethal. Does anyone know for sure? Also, how long will it bloom? Zone 7B North Atlanta, GA. Thanks!
