I took a cutting from a plant that had this speckled look to it. When it first bloomed, the blooms were similarly specked but began to change into the streaked form.
As fragrant as any other "4:00", and that's wonderful.
That is some information, Robert. Thanks for digging up this thread. I had forgotten the source of the seed. Luckily for me, I have mentioned it at the top. It sure is a lovely flower I'm still enjoying.
