i'm surprised at how much they can differ in different parts of my own yard!
these get full sun in the a.m. and early afternoon

and one final one that is in part sun. about 11 am to 3pm and then full shade.
you can see where the ones in the far upper right corner are significantly lighter than the red.
i have no idea what this is from. i do know that these did not come out of the same bag. they came from different sources. i could understand, as in one mixed bag,i planted. it doesn't have a one stargazer in the bunch, :) but these variations take plae all over my garden beds.
no matter what though, they are always very pretty and smell wonderful. :)
