When my Veriegated Liriope sends out new shoots, they are always green. The plants have been in the ground for 4 years and the main clump is still veriegated, but the new shoots are not. What type of Lirope do I need to get to replace what I have now - or is there something I can do to make the new shoots veriegated also?
Sounds like the new growth is reverting back to plain green. I'm not sure what you can do to solve this. Doesn't sound as easy as pulling out the suckers on something like a grafted crabapple for example that come up from the rootstock.
