I have no idea where this is going, but I have a question: what is the proper maintenance/pruning for the branch or frond on the queen palm that contains seeds (such as shown in the picture)? Thank you.

Unless you want the seeds all over the ground, get it pruned off after the flower starts to form fruit. Probably doesn't hurt to do it sooner, though.
