Today I purchased a jacaranda tree. It is about 3' tall, and is in a pot. I have very heavy black soil (gumbo). I have read that they do best in ssandy soil. How much native soil should I replace with sand to give it its best chance? I really want this tree to make it as it is very beautiful. Thanks, Shannon
