This is a page from the 1860 Garden Manual listing Roses available for commerce and recommended varieties. Since 1867 is the listed date for the introduction of the first Hybrid Tea 'La France' - this list is truly old Garden Roses. There is also on this page some information on Hardy Herbaceous Perennials and Dahlias from this time period.
