Another busy day. Between the county fair and the markets this week, I feel like I could sleep like Rip Van Winkle. Market was busy again yesterday. Sold 10 bushel of corn and lots of tomatoes again. I made tomato, apple, peach pies and they were gone in about 20 minutes. They were so fresh from the oven that the pans were still warm. Lots of bread yesterday. We were threatened with a storm later on in the market, but only had strong winds. Had to come home and make more pies for the fair, they are selling like crazy and the PTO is impressed with how well they are going. Back at it, so have a great day all. K @ Misty Meadows Farm
