Dwarf Palmetto, Bluestem Palmetto, Blue Palm Sabal minor
Here's another once from Orlando Florida, growing in the Leu Gardens, showing the inflouresence protruding far above the leaves (distinguishing from S etonia in which the flowers only grow to about the same level of the leaves. Also notice the leave shape is flat, unlike all the other Sabals.
A nice clear picture, and this one does look like my plants, but I've not noticed any of my plants blooming yet. I was visiting nearby friends this week, and their Dwarf Palmettos are larger than mine--their oak trees are a lot younger and more spread apart, so their Dwarf Palmettos get a lot more sun--and we saw quite a few brown inflorescences wilted and lying on the ground, but still attached to their plants, so perhaps my plants aren't old enough to bloom, or are in too shady a location.
