This plant not only has some striking variegation, but also has fewer leaflets per leaf than the normal varieties. Plants like this are collectors items
I have many photos of these variegated Rhapis I saw in a greenhouse in Thailand, and none were labeled, so I have no idea. You can go to a website on Rhapis palms, though, and probably figure it out. Most every variety has a name... but I am certainly not the one to ask, especially having none myself.
