Ironbark Pumpkin is unknown to me, and I am sure it is not Australian. Ironbark here means a group of Eucalyptus trees, including the Red Ironbark, Euclayptus sideroxylon, which has very dark, almost black, very hard and deeply fissured bark.

I had a search on the internet for Ironbark Pumpkin, and found this site, which is in New Zealand and seems to be offering seed for sale:
