Candy since you seem to have both this K.thyrsiflora and this one http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/91560/index.html could you tell me what the difference is? This is mine, and I would say it's the Bronze Sculpture one, but not all of them have the coloring of mine. Thank you! Susanne
This one is quite young and in time may become more like the larger one, but there are some differences at this stage. The 'Bronze Sculpture' is more orange in the summer months, more purple in the winter months. The larger plant seems to have a more upright nature, blooms very well each year, and is more red both summer and winter.
Only time will tell, but I can understand where the 'Bronze Sculpture' name came from because of the summer color mine gets.
Certainly not definitive...we all know how many times things are incorrectly marked, but there are differences between the two plants.
