These common Haworthia plants multiply like rabbits and flower pretty much all the time. These little plantlets don't always make it, but this one seems to be a keeper.
What I usually do is just bend the plantlet over into a new pot, hold the stem down with a hairpin/florists pin and wait until it is settled in and rooted before severing the umbilical cord.
