Could someone tell me if they have ever heard of a plant called"Pineapple Ginger"?It looks alot like this picture of the Pineapple Flower/Pineapple Lily,,the only difference is that the bottom although the same shape and color doesnt bloom,it has a beautiful large pink flower in the shape of a large Star, but the bottom looks an awful lot like this one only the bottom doesnt bloom the top does, the ones i saw was a lady i just happen to start talking to one day because she had made a bouquet in her shop and i asked her what they were, she said the woman she bought her home from said they were called "Pineapple Ginger" and they are bulbs, does ANYONE know this flower i'm talking about?I have searched and searched this internet but when you look up Pineapple Ginger all you get are recipes and spices, would anyone know the scientific name of this flower/bulb so I can purchase them? They are absolutely GORGEOUS!Any help would be greatly appreciated!BTW,,I live in Louisana
